2. The film shows a train stopping at a
station and people getting off & on. It
shows everyday situations. Lumiere
brothers were the first to make a cinema
screening. Their film had no editing in it
and it had no special effects. All they did
was record the footage and play it. But
back then it was amazing (1896).
3. It’s a shot film of a train approaching the station. It is a French station in the town
La cioat. This is a real life event shot, they're are people getting on and off the train
4. There's only one shot type in the whole film, the camera does not move. This is
because they didn’t have movable cameras back then so they couldn’t move it
around.
5. There is no story/narrative in this film. It just shows a everyday train situation.
