The Designers of Durable Medical Equipement
(DME) have various area’s to focus on when creating
products for wheel chairs and or exoskeleton designs.
There are three main areas in which most their research
would gain the most credibility. First the Bio-Medical Expert.
This gains the professional view point of their research
such as anthropometric data and a collective knowledge of
past designs. Engineers will be the next area in which most
of the designs should be based. Designing around existing
assemblies and many other design restrictions. Most of all
the Users of these products must be considered in the
research process. Their knowledge of the products the
encounter on a daily basis is priceless.

After the Designing stage is completed, we move into
production. This means finding all necessary materials,
assemblies, tooling and man power. There are many suppliers
necessary to complete a successful exoskelton design. These
must be accompanied by manufacturers that have a long track
record of successful years with limited defects. In the case of
medical products in general the suppliers and manufacturers
must be considered trustworthy and dependable.

Distributers Connection
The Distributing stage must be a continued loop back
to the designers. The designers are responsible with
using the user research data collected by the
distributors from the consumer, the physicians who
suggest our products and retailers who have to deal
with the consumer feedback face to face.

Second Life
Our Remanufacturing and Recycling facility is
the second entity to this business plan. After consumer use,
defects, ands returns the facility creates certified products to
be re-introduced to the distributer and or a secondary
remanufacturing retail sale establishment as a subsidary
of the facility.
