Duties- Oversight and management for four cargo facilities in Los Angeles.
- Responsibility includes managing cargo operations for Mercury includes
600 personnel with a total through-put of 500 million kilos per year.
- Oversee P/L, G/L, staffing, equipment, vendor control government
compliance, training security, conflict resolution and customer damage
control.

Aeroground Inc. Terminal Manager Multiple Facilities 5/2001 – 9/2006
Duties- Manage all aspects of Aeroground operation within the Air France and Qantas
facilities at Los Angeles.
- Plan, organize, lead and control all aspects of the facilities including:
procedures, training, recruiting, inventory control, HR issues and
regulatory compliance of multiple air carrier operations.
- Special Projects including operational start-up in New York and Dallas.
Mercury Air Cargo – (MAC) GM Operations/USA 3/1998 – 4/2001
Duties- Managed MAC operations in North America including:
- Four MAC facilities at Los Angeles International Airport – totaling
260,000 square feet. 273 personnel processing 364 million pounds per
annum. Re: Avion Drive, EVA, Mexicana terminals at LAX
- Warehouse manpower operation within Japan Airlines facility at
LAX. 51 personnel processing 138 million pounds per annum.
- Budget preparation with P/L and Cap-Ex responsibilities.
Purchasing, claims, government liaison , USCBP penalty petitions &
mitigation. TSA compliance issues and other regulatory compliance
- Training, staff development and customer service.
- Corporate support for Mercury Air Cargo operations in Atlanta and
oversight of new facility construction build-out.
- Liaison for Mercury Air Cargo with 30 air carrier customers in
North America. - IATA SGHA contract preparation and negotiation.
