High-level end user support calls, trouble shooting, and application development for a market-leading
content company and facilitate data integration directly into customers’ workflows, platforms and
applications.
Ø Tier II desktop support for Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Barons and various News Corp. entities.
Troubleshot high-level technical issues. Identified weaknesses and generated innovative software
applications that increased productivity within the Dow Jones IT desktop support group. Collaborated
with the IT desktop support team and supervisors to streamline workflow within the group.
Ø Configured and maintained an imaging server on a hardware raid array with multiple images.
Implemented Manage Boot Access PXE to allow loading of ghost images. Configured winpe boot disk
for ghost or acronis images. Maintained the wim image using imagex, dism and peing to install new
drivers.
Ø Assisted all aspects of software and hardware deployment from evaluation to imaging, installation and
setup to end user instruction for Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 7.

Ø Received and resolved difficult escalation issues for support issues from Tier I level. Installed servers,
switches and installed network cable in communication closets. Supported Google cloud applications.
Ø Collaborated with the Dow Jones IT Tools Team in South Brunswick to debug EOShome projects.
Ø Initiated a website to manage customer relocations at Dow Jones. Tied in with the Archibus management
system, created end user platform that allowed customers to generate a self-survey of their move
information. Employed single sign on with customized login information for varying permissions.
Ø Developed applications that assist technicians with resetting Windows login credentials to their prior
state and compiled an application that utilized a keyboard hook to call open a search window for use by
news station employees.
Ø Created an operating environment for a Microsoft Surface table utilizing Microsoft WPF technology.
Incorporated the Awesomium.net Chromium browser API for product display, analog clocks set to
different time zones, a Dow Jones ticker and weather applet.
Ø Generated a weather widget utilizing vb.net, jQuery xml, and Photoshop, and is on display near an
executive coffee bar. It is able to detect actual sunrise and sunset, and changes images and animation
according to the suns position and forecast.
Ø Designed eye-catching Flash animation for display on large 3-story staircase LED screen advertising the
new Dow Jones logo. Point person for Scala LED hardware and software maintenance.
Ø Packaged Dow Jones Hermes publishing software for promotion throughout the company using Wise
Solutions suite of tools. Established and cultivated a most often viewed links web application for upper
level management.
Ø Developed a program for technicians to backup important files for customers prior to migration.
Total Tours 360 – Founder, Web Designer, Database Engineer 2006-2013
Invented and developed a cutting-edge, proprietary program for processing 360-degree virtual tour images and
built it into a national company.
Ø Recruited, trained and supervised fifteen photographers in five states on new virtual tour technology and
procedures. Created scripts to enhance and speed virtual tour processing, converting still images into
dynamic moving images.
Ø Produced a website to manage independent virtual tour photographers and customers, programmed in
classic ASP, utilizing Adobe Flash, and Sun Java Applet and SEO optimization. Trained and managed
new photographers on niche virtual photography processes and techniques.
Ø Developed database with customized permissions, allowing customers and photographers to modify,
upload or download photos and information.
Ø Constructed a dedicated web server to host the website. Configured hMail email server for
