The Project Manager Assessment Profile (PMAP™) is a unique leadership assessment and
developmental experience designed for individuals who are currently functioning as Project
Managers and those who may be considered as future Project Managers. The process
provides management with selection recommendations and specific developmental plans for
each individual based upon 32 assessed Project Manager leadership and task capabilities.
The PMAP™ combines highly validated psychometric data with real time skill assessment to
provide management with the information needed to select the right people, with the right skills
for the right projects.
The PMAP™ assessment places participants within six Competency Profiles (from practicing to
aspiring project managers). Interpretations of these profiles will direct how the assessment data
will be used to focus in on specific developmental goals that will improve project management
competency.

PMAP Assessors Provide Feedback to Managers / Human Resources;
Managers & Participants Plan Developmental Strategy & Timing; AND
PMAP Assessors Follow-Up With Participants At Six Month’s Anniversary.
