(This does not include the organization strategic goal.) The strategy that drives the program must be actionable and should be measurable. If you were not directly assigned the strategic goal to accomplish for each program, you are not considered the program manager by PMI standard. Also, this should not include the overall strategic goal of the Organization. Please review your responses to the eight summary statements. While the panel will make the final decision on your responses, I recommend that you take this opportunity to ensure that your responses concur with the explanations on the attached document.
