Duty and Specific Responsibility:
 Identify & removed from site immediately any tools, material, or sling ect
which are un safe, damaged or defective (report to Fitting Supervisor)
 Liaise daily with supervisor regarding fitting requirement, identifying and
deploying suitably trained competent crew which to achieve the supervisors instruction
and target.
 Ensure compliance with HSE policy and any Overriding company policies.
 Visual inspect all fit up & sign off on CIR for compliance.
 Monitor, record and control the punctuality and effectiveness of the fitting
crew.
 Provide leadership, direction, support and daily supervision for fitting crew.
 Responsible and accountable for ensuring that housekeeping discipline is
employed at all time.
 Responsible for reading, understanding and adhering to drawing,
specifications and procedures.
 Identify and report to Supervisor any training needs or qualification
requirement of allocated fitting crew.
 Attend all toolbox Talks and lead his crew by example.
 Responsible for ensuring seamless job continuity between shift by
establishing anf maintaining good lines of communication.
 Continually review and institute measures for improvement by modification
operation procedure/ work instructions.
 Possess a good understanding of company HSE policy, Philosophy and
Procedures.
 Report to Supervisor in a timely manner any obstacles or problems which
are likely to impede the crew’s ability to meet targets.
