São Paulo, 11 de março de 2021 – A Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. (“Companhia”)
comunica que, nos termos do artigo 12 da Instrução nº 358 da Comissão de Valores
Mobiliários (“CVM”), datada de 3 de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada, recebeu
correspondência do acionista GIC Private Limited (“GIC”), datada de 11 de março de
2021, na qual informa que, individualmente, o fundo Government of Singapore (CNPJ
08.765.815/0001-73) passou a deter 28.405.504 ações ordinárias da Companhia, por
meio de operações realizadas no pregão da B3 – Brasil, Bolsa Balcão, reduzindo a
participação acionária para 4,852% das ações ordinárias de emissão da Companhia.
Assim, de forma agregada, a participação do GIC passou a ser 5,182% do capital social
da Companhia, totalizando 30.336.499 ações ordinárias da Companhia.

Disposal of Relevant Ownership Interest

, 2021 – Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. (“Company”) informs
that, in accordance with article 12 of Instruction No. 358 of the Brazilian Securities
Exchange Commission – Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (“CVM”), dated January 3,
2002, as amended, it received a letter from its shareholder GIC Private Limited (“GIC”),
dated as of March 11th
, 2021, in which it was stated that, by means of operations carried
out in the trading session of the São Paulo Stock Exchange – B3 – Brasil, Bolsa Balcão,
the account Government of Singapore (Tax ID 08.765.815/0001-73) individually reduced
their stake to 28,405,504 shares, representing 4.852% of the Company's common shares.
Thus, in aggregate, GIC interest reached 5.182% of the Company’s capital stock,
representing 30,336,499 of the Company's common shares.

Further to our official declaration on 26 February 2020 pursuant to Article 12 of CVM
Instruction no. 358, where we, GIC Private Limited (“GIC”) notified Locaweb Serviços de
Internet S.A. (the “Issuer”) that our Government of Singapore holdings in Locaweb Serviços
de Internet S.A. Shares (ISIN: BRLWSAACNOR8) crossed the 5% disclosure limit, we hereby
notify the Issuer that while our aggregate holdings remain above 5%, the Government of
Singapore account separately has dropped below the 5% disclosure limit as of 8 March 2021.
