Cisco WebEx Meeting Software. It is an ideal solution for large-group meetings and one-on-one meetings. You will
need a single license allowing for one person to host a meeting with up to 100 participants. The person hosting the
meeting would require a computer and decent Internet connection. He or she would present material and control the
discussion of participants. Participants join the meeting remotely and can participate in an open discussion, as
allowed by the host, or as a silent viewer. People who don’t have a computer can call in. Meetings can be recorded
and uploaded to the website so those who missed out can get caught up.
1. To allow for small meetings and one-on-one ad-hoc discussions
Skype/Google+. With a little bit of training employees can learn how to start video chat meetings, how to transfer
