2. THE PROBLEM?
Right now on crypto twitter and discord
is promoters and influencers have solo
acts. They can pump a certain project and
bring some exposure but they don’t really
do it in an organized, sustainable,
efficient way.
On the one hand we have those huge
influencers, with tens of thousands of
followers, who for a small fee will serve
you a ton of fake accounts and who,
though you don't know it yet, will mess
up your Twitter and do long-term damage
to your socials.
On the other hand we have syndicates of
influencers who work together to build up
the collections they support only to
gather exit liquidity in the form of new
retail customers. The bad part is you
can’t get in. We all know how it works.
It's a story as old as time.

3. THE SOLUTION
Build a Mafia, organize and take care of
business. If you think about it, the Mafia
is an organization who helps people and
businesses with whatever they need. We
help take care of business on NEAR.
Why on NEAR?
The people in the NEAR ecosystem are
different. They are the early adopters,
they enjoy innovation and love being part
of something great, they are the layer
zero of this blockchain, the heart and
soul and most importantly they are the
ones who will help grow NEAR to its full
potential. We want to provide the
marketing infrastructure through an
automated system of micro jobs running on
$NEAR.

4. AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF MICRO JOBS?
HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Here’s the beautiful part!
The organizational structure of the real
Mafia actually fits this particular
objective really well.
The RCM is made up of 7 different factions, each
headed by underbosses. These underbosses work with
clients (collection leaders from $NEAR and beyond)
to find the best solutions, they post microjobs with
bounties in the Mafia and then the RCM takes care of
business.
The bounties from the RCM bank are paid once the job
is verified and done. Everyone gets paid in kind:
underbosses, active earners and passive earners. We
take care of business and everybody wins.
All of this will happen inside the RCM discord,
governed and checked by code.
Bounties split into verifiable micro jobs are the key
to an efficient organization and that’s RCM TCB.

6. There are 4 entities involved in the
process: the client, the underboss, the
waste management consultant, the active
earner and the passive earner.
Here’s the short version of a job: the
client specifies the job, he gets
proposals from the 7 factions, he accepts
one or more, he pays the bounty to the
RCM Bank, the jobs is posted, active
earners gather, they do the job, the job
is verified and everyone gets paid:
60% goes to the Active Earners
20% goes to the Passive Earners
10% goes to the Underbosses
10% goes to the RCM

7. UNDERBOSSES
work with the client to make the process
as efficient and as streamlined as
possible, splitting their project into
micro jobs.
ACTIVE EARNERS
do the microjob and they are compensated
for their effort with the majority of the
bounty.
PASSIVE EARNERS
are also rewarded for supporting the
mafia.
RED CIRCLE MAFIA
gets a cut as well for organizing and
supervising all operations.

8. F.A.Q.
How much will I make?
That all depends on the volume of jobs, the bounties the
clients pay, the number of NFTs you have and the jobs you
take part in. All we know is this has huge upside potential
and can bring money to passive earners and even more money to
active earners. The important part is that this is no ponzi
scheme like 90% of controlled projects, it’s a business and
it will have clients, workers and supporters. No hidden
strings, no cutting corners, honest work. That means it’s
sustainable.
What about the automated system of micro jobs?
The system is in the works and we already have proof of
concept before we’ve even minted a single NFT from the
collection. We already have more than 20 completed test
missions in our discord. This can be considered a Test MVP.
We based the design of the system on a hierarchical control
and command structure (the mafia) and automated most of the
parts that can be automated. After we mint we will have the
resources to fully automate the system as per design and
launch the beta version.
How will this scale?
We chose to design this product around the specific volume of
workers and holders that can achieve the maximum
organizational efficiency. If you have too many workers it
becomes harder and harder to organize. If you have a small
workforce you cannot achieve good scale results. There is a
magical number in people organization that is the optimal
number of people who can be organized to do a job with
maximum efficiency and that is Dunbar’s number.
8/9
9. What’s Dunbar’s number and why is this relevant?
There are several studies defining this number but it’s around
150 to 200 people. Groups of around 150 originally formed to
protect against raiders or to build small-scale agricultural
societies who help each other during harvest. They are very
much based on close kinship, families and clans. Even without
instant gratification there are long-term benefits resulting
from such behavior. Beyond that number, people are less
inclined to reciprocate and help. The number turns up
everywhere. The smallest unit that can stand on its own in
modern armies is the company, which has a range in size of
about 150 to 180 around the world. It is also the size of a
small village, tribe or clan. This number turns out to be the
limit on the number of people we will naturally cooperate
with.
What’s the size of the mafia?
There are 7 factions of 500 members each. We chose that
number since it’s approximately 3 times Dunbar’s number and
it turns out that in general, a third of the people involved
in a project are active workers.
How are you going to bring in jobs?
At first we want to make the RCM discord a space where we
bring in people from all around the Near ecosystem. We’re
already in touch with all major builders and collections and
we’ve got their support. We’re also working on a referral
program so if an RCM member brings the job they will get
rewarded after the job is done.
How will this benefit the Near ecosystem?
The internal RCM economy and all jobs will be paid in $NEAR.
The Red Circle Mafia will do jobs all over Twitter, Solana
Twitter, Ethereum Twitter but everything will be settled on
$NEAR. We want to grow alongside the entire NEAR ecosystem.
