Curriculum Development:
Acting Shakespeare through understanding Language Structure
Curriculum: In Shakespeare’s language lies all of the cues and character choices that an actor needs. The
challenge is learning how to dissect the language and find these clues. Though breaking
down and understanding sentence structure (grocking) we are able to unlock and activate
the power of the language.
Writing for the Stage
Curriculum: I lead a series of playwriting workshops based in a theme that is current for them. Students
write, act, design and market their own show under my facilitation.
