2. Co-taught USC Theatre Arts Students, Middle-School Children from Project “Hola!” and volunteers
for a performance piece involving puppetry, phrases in Russian, French, Armenian, Spanish and other
foreign languages, which was filmed to be part of the Stratford Shakespeare Film Festival in England.

ACTING INSTRUCTOR, ADULT STROKE SURVIVORS
Taught basic scene study, monologue work, and directed students in a production of The Diviners; -
working with disabled adults, from many countries & cultures such as Mexico, the Philippines, and
Armenia, some with very little English, primarily people recovering from strokes. I also taught theatre
games and relaxation techniques.

included basic word mapping and reading skills and a performance at the end of each course I directed for
parents.

For two seasons, 1990 and 1991; was co-director of the young adults and children’s company who
performed as the Cratchit family and children of London for this annual L.O.R.T. B Studio Arena Theater
production. Taught scene study and improvisation classes to young adults as part of their Acting I class at
Buffalo State University for credit.
CHILDREN’S THEATRE TROUPE
Was responsible at all times for organization, entrances, exits and costumes of children during the show,
taught a regular theatre games and exercises class, and helped the children learn their lines and learn basic
theatre etiquette.

Brought Yale Cabaret productions and taught theatre games to underprivileged public high school

Taught basic script breakdown and character analysis skills to Yale Undergraduate Theatre students (Yale
Dramat); assisted Undergraduate Professors such as Nikos Psacharopoulos with direction of
Undergraduate Productions. Also worked on electrics crews for several Yale Repertory Theater
productions as work-study. Assisted Lee Breuer as collaborator and actor on The Warrior Ant.
