3. GEOTEXTILE GEOTUBE
Geotextiles are permeable fabrics used in geotechnical
applications, such as road and railway embankments,
earth dikes, and coastal protection structures, designed
to perform one or more basic functions. such as filtration,
drainage, separation of soil layers, reinforcement, or
stabilization.
Geotube also known as geobags are used for sludge
dewatering projects due to their simplicity and low cost.
Geotube are similar like containers that are filled with the
hydraulically mix slurry blend of sand and water. The
Hydraulic pressure helps in transportation of sand in the
tube and the water get dissipated through the permeable
membrane. After dewatering the sand will settle out in the
Geotube.
Geotube holds off the sediments by means of a dredge
pump and transports them to reach in weight hoses. The
central focuses of this sort of sludge evacuation are easy
that means no need to lower the water inside the lake, so it
can moreover be utilized in canals. The water get absent
through the permeable surface of the Geotube seawall.
After few days, the substance can be cleared like a solid
and disposed or utilized again. As the fluid get absent
through the tissue, the solids are held. The filling handle is
reiterateduntil the hose is full. After Geotube dewatering,
the solids can be processed like a dry matter.

4. GEOGRID
Geogrids can be categorized as geosynthetic materials
that are used in the construction industry in the form of
a reinforcing material. It can be used in the soil
reinforcement or used in the reinforcement of retaining
walls.
Geogrids are commonly made of polymer materials,
such as polyester, polypropylene, HDPE or glass
reinforced fiber. They may be woven or knitted from
yarns, heat-welded from strips of material, or produced
by punching a regular pattern of holes in sheets of
material, then
Building firm working surfaces over soft ground
conditions.stretched into a grid.
Enhance a pavement's service life.
Reduce the structural cross-section of both paved
and unpaved roadways for given service life.
Uniaxial Geogrids: These geogrids are formed by the
stretching of ribs in the longitudinal direction. So, in this
case, the material possesses high tensile strength in the
longitudinal direction than on the transverse direction.
Biaxial Geogrids: Here during the punching of polymer
sheets, the stretching is done in both directions. Hence the
function of tensile strength is equally given to both
transverse and longitudinal direction.

5. Singhal Glass fiber Grid is a high-tensile fiberglass geogrid
with an especially high mesh stiffness due to the consistent
impregnation of each glass filament with our patented
polymer coating in order to protect fiberglass yarns and to
reach an effective bonding between asphalt layers. A
unique feature is the pressure sensitive adhesive backing of
the grid, which ensures a quick and efficient installation and
provides an excellent bond with the surface. It can be
installed directly on an old asphalt surface or on a levelling
course. For the application on a concrete pavement, the
installation of an levelling course is recommended.

GEOCELL
Geocells are cellular confinement systems that were
created as an easy and durable material that are used for
stabilizing and protection.
The cells’ three-dimensional, honeycomb design ensures
that the Geocell is strong and durable. This format creates
a structure that improves load distribution. stretched into
a grid.
The cell is made from a high density polyethylene (HDPE),
which is used to stabilize weak or unsteady soil. That ability
is a result of their ability to reduce lateral movement of soil
particles while vertically loading on the contained infill.
In addition to the stability, Geocells also provide a mattress
effect and improve the elasticity of the materials. The cells
have a high elastic stiffness and high tensile strength, and
because of this, they improve the load distribution of the
product.
Now, Geocell are widely being applied in the field of
geotechnical engineering, which controls erosion of
slopes and river banks, enhancing the bearing capacity
of retaining structures, pavements, reinforcing soft
grounds, protect shores and channel beds.
Geocells are very useful because of their ability to
expand, allowing materials to be compacted inside. This
expansion creates a free draining system that still inhibits
mass movements that other construction materials and
processes can not prevent.
Their high-quality design means that Geocells are
diverse and multi-functional. One of the main uses is for
protecting structures.
Geocells are used for the protection and stabilization of
steep slope surfaces. Geocells are used in mountainous
areas not only to stabilize the ground, but also to make
roads stronger and improve their life.
Geocells improves the static and dynamic load support
on weak subgrade level soils.
Geocells are used for multi-layered earth retaining and
water retaining gravity structures.

6. GEOCOMPOSITE
A Geocomposite consists of a combination of one or more
geosynthetics, specifically a geogrid, a geotextile, a
geomembrane, and/or a geonet to perform multiple
number of geosynthetic functions such as separation,
reinforcement, filtration, drainage and containment.
Geotextiles-geogrid geocomposites are the most
preferred geosynthetics used in the railway, road &
highway application.
Advantages of Geocomposites:
Provides and maintains high volume flow-path for water
and gases, maintaining soil integrity.
Filtration properties suitable for most backfill types.
Highly cost-effective replacement to conventional
materials.
High drainage efficiency.
Water & wastewater management.
Drainage.

GEOMEMBRANE
A geomembrane is very low permeability synthetic
membrane liner or barrier used with any geotechnical
engineering related material so as to control fluid (liquid
or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or
system. Geomembranes are made from relatively thin
continuous polymeric sheets.
Geomembranes have a wide range of applications, some
of which are:
Length may be as per requirement.
Available from the width of 500 mm to 10000 mm (0.5
meters to 10 meters)
Available in thickness of 100 microns to 2 mm for wider
width (till 10 meter) and 2.1mm to 30 mm up to 2500
mm width.

HDPE Geomembrane: High-Density Polyethylene
(HDPE) is characterized by strong UV/temperature
resistance, inexpensive material cost, durability, and high
resistance to chemicals.
LDPE Geomembrane: LDPE geomembrane is a low-den-
sity polyethylene geomembrane, it is corrosion-resistant
and low-temperature, tear-resistant, lightweight, and
relatively low cost.
LLDPE Geomembrane: LLDPE (Linear Low-Density
Polyethylene) geomembrane is made with virgin
polyethylene resins which make it strong, durable, and
resistant to UV & low temperature.
RPP Geomembrane: RPP (Reinforced Polypropylene)
geomembranes are polyester-reinforced liners made
from a UV-stabilized polypropylene copolymer that gives
the material stability, chemical resistance, and flexibility.

makes construction much easier.
Geobags are small soil containers that are made of
non-woven geotextile, used for slope protection and river
training work. Geobags, also known as Geotextiles Bags,
Geotextile Sand Containers or Non-woven Geobags, are
filled with locally available sand and stitched manually on

8. DRAIN CELL
Singhal Drain Cell functions as a protective membrane for
waterproofing and provides ventilation to concrete slabs
which eliminates heat induced stress and cracking.
Furthermore if the wall is cracked and no efficient drainage
is present contamination from the soil such as salts and
other corrosive elements will further contribute to the
deterioration of wall integrity. Singhal Drain cell is available
in PP and HDPE material.
Grass Paver Premium Series will be ideal for pathways as
they have higher load bearing capacity. The 20mm &
