2. Mr. Rajeev Mathur is an Engineer by profession, having a Master's Degree in Business Administration with
specialization in Marketing Management and has put in three decades of rich experience in the Natural Gas
& Petrochemical industry.
Mr. Mathur is the Chairman of the Energy Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI)
and a member of the Hydrocarbon Committee of The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
He is also on the Governing Council of the Natural Gas Society.
Mr. Mathur started his career stint with GAIL and In his over 30 years in gas industry, he has steered many
initiatives under different profiles of Marketing and Business Development areas. His assignments included
Natural Gas Trading, Gas Transmission and marketing & other allied products within India & abroad.
He was also the Managing Director of Mahanagar Gas Ltd., a leading CGD company from Sept 2014 to May
2018. Presently he looks after Corporate Affairs and Risk Management in GAIL. He is also Director on the
Board of Directors of M/s China Gas Holdings Limited, Hong Kong & of GAIL Gas Limited, New Delhi.
Mr. D. K. Sarraf has three-and-a-half decades of experience in various facets of oil industry – first in Oil India
Limited (1983-1991) and then in ONGC since 1991. He also possesses a rich macro view of the oil industry
experience gained while working in the Oil Coordination Committee on deputation for 3 years (1997-2000).
He holds a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is also a member of the Institute
of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is a member of the Governing body of CSIR – Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
He led the ONGC in one of the most difficult periods of low oil and gas prices, did not let the fresh investments
in the business slow down, led formulation of several mega projects and their implementation, revived
declining production trend, led increase in organization-wide efficiency, kept the morale of the employees
high even in otherwise difficult environment, gave emphasis on encouraging start-ups, research and
development and industry-academia collaboration, etc.
Mr. Sarraf was conferred Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) Degree by the Amity University in 2017.
Mr. Sarraf joined PNGRB as the Chairperson on 4th December, 2017.

a. For Domestic Participants:
Non Residential:- Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) plus 18% GST per participant.
