Greetings friends,
I am here to tell you that it is time to get out of the office and into the country!
Join us, at Country Sunset Stables, for a day of learning and reflecting.
At Country Sunset Stables we value the opportunity to share with you our approach to build
strong collaborative teams for your organization.
Together, with our horses, your staff will be given the opportunity to express their verbal and
non-verbal messages and evaluate how effectively they communicate.
Participants will have the opportunity to utilize their strengths and see how their strengths can
contribute to your organization.
During this experiential approach to team building, we offer a variety of services that will
promote growth and positive group dynamics of your company.
Your staff will walk away with an exciting new perspective on what their role is in your
organization. They will learn how they can collaborate with each other and the leadership team,
and plan effective solutions to promote change for your organization.
An action plan will be developed to ensure the continued forward momentum of your employees,
as well as tools that they can use for their overall wellbeing in the office and at home.
We understand that some individuals may be reluctant to participate with horses; however, it has
been our experience that individuals who are observing from the sideline will also benefit from
the same collaborative experience as those who are working with the horses.
We hope that your organization will join us on a journey full of educational possibilities and
endless entertainment through equine experiential learning.

responsibility, teambuilding, acknowledging limitations and gaining confidence.
