Working as a Process Developer in a leading book publishing company of the world having
a turnover of 6 Billion dollars.
Job Responsibilities:
Running lock boxes of Bank of America, Citi bank, Union bank and Wells Fargo.
Pulling Wire reports from Union bank and Citi Bank.
Allocating checks & wire payments to team and me.
Applying cash to respective customer account in Oracle R12 with reference to
remittance available in bank sites.
Creating credit memos and Debit memos in Oracle R12.
Extracting unapplied receipt reports and simultaneously processing Quality check.

Maintain AR (AR Control): Main responsibility of AR Control starts after cash
application team completes its research and couldn’t apply the cash to the customer or an
account.
Job Responsibilities:
Clearing all unidentified cash after performing second level of check on the
payment.
Processing Refunds based on the customer request on overpayment or duplication.
Transfer of cash with in different internal business unit (Intercompany Transfers).
Small dollar write off on the account based on companies regulations.
