Dear
Sir
or
Madam:
I
could
not
be
more
honored
and
humbled
to
be
recommending
Rakesh
Jaligama
for
consideration
for
employment.
He
is
a
strong
individual
with
a
drive
to
succeed.
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
being
both
his
professor
for
IT630
and
working
with
him
in
the
daily
functions
during
his
internship
with
our
IT
department.
Rakesh
is
a
passionate
student,
with
a
focus
to
succeed.
He
worked
tirelessly
on
developing
an
app
for
both
Android
and
Apple
platforms
with
his
internship
group.
The
app
was
developed
to
guide
new
students
through
their
orientation
experience.
Each
request
that
was
made
was
directed
and
met
by
his
team.
He
is
a
leader
who
leads
by
example.
Not
only
does
Rakesh
have
the
technical
fortitude,
he
has
the
personality
skills
to
work
the
client
side
of
IT.
During
the
project,
he
exemplified
his
skills
when
he
collaborated
with
several
departments
to
assess
their
needs
and
garner
their
participation
in
the
app
development
project.
He
and
his
group
worked
to
automate
many
of
the
processes
of
freshman
orientation.
They
also
built
out
an
automated
scavenger
hunt
where
students
could
keep
track
of
points
earned
by
scanning
QR
codes
around
campus
to
earn
points
toward
prizes.
There
were
several
other
areas,
too
many
to
mention,
where
they
made
significant
process
for
making
the
freshman
orientation
a
success.
They
did
this
all
in
only
a
few
weeks
from
concept
to
implementation;
proving
that
they
work
well
under
pressure.
In
class,
Rakesh
was
always
a
model
student
who
would
perform
greatly
in
your
organization.
It
is
with
complete
confidence
that
I
recommend
Rakesh
Jaligama
for
any
opportunity
which
he
may
seek.
Sincerely,
Kevin
