1. USG LOWER ABDOMEN
KIDNEYS:
They are normal in position, size, shape, outline and echotexture. The cortico
medullary differentiation is maintained. No calculus or hydronephrosisis seen.
URETERS:
They are not dilated.
URINARY BLADDER:
It is normal in capacity and contour. The bladder wall is normal. No calculus or
mass is seen.
UTERUS:
Size, shape, outline and echotexture are normal. Central echo is normal. Uterine
cavity is empty. Cervix is normal. It measures 7.27 x 3.21 x 3.86 cm in size.
Endometrial thickness measures 7.8 mm.
OVARIES
Both ovaries are normal size, shape, outline and echotexture.
Right ovary – 2.45 x 1.57 cm. Left ovary – 3.27 X 2.03 cm.
POUCH OF DOUGLAS:
Appears clear.
IMPRESSION:
Study is within normal limits.
