Bookings: Chaîne des Rôtisseurs guest shall submit an advance booking to the Hotel no later than August 25,
2021. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be considered canceled and will be released by the Hotel for
general sale.
Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled without any penalty latest by Sep 10, 2021 and any no-shows and
late cancellation will be applicable to a cancellation fee equivalent to the one night of stay which will be
charged to the above given credit card number.

Your personal information may collected when you make reservation through our web site, mobile app or
worldwide reservations offices and hotels; during your stay at hotel; when you are on our web site and mobile
app or through any verbal or written method.

What are your rights?
You have right to; 1. Learn whether or not your personal information have been processed; 2. Request
information as to processing if your data have been processed; 3. Learn the purpose of processing of the
personal information and whether information are used in accordance with their purpose; 4. Know the third
parties in the country or abroad to whom personal information have been transferred; 5. Request rectification
in case personal information are processed incompletely or inaccurately; 6. Request deletion or destruction of
personal information within the framework of the conditions set forth under article 7 of Turkish Law on the
Protection of Personal Data no. 6698; 7. Request notification of the operations made as per indents 5 and 6 to
third parties to whom personal information have been transferred; 8. Object to occurrence of any result that
is to you detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems; 9. Request
compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal
information.
Consent
I have read and understood the contents of this clarification form. I hereby agree and consent that Four
Seasons Hotels (Atik Pasha Turizm A.Ş. and Sultanahmet Turizm A.Ş.) may collect, use, disclose, record and
process my personal information and sensitive information as defined in Turkish Law on the Protection of
Personal Data no. 6698 and may combine these information with my former information; Four Seasons Hotels
(Atik Pasha Turizm A.Ş. and Sultanahmet Turizm A.Ş.) may also transfer and share my Personal Information
abroad, to other Four Seasons Hotels, third party service providers of Four Seasons and with judicial
authorities and public entities.
I understand that my signature on this credit card payment authorization, is authorization for use of credit
card that I gave to Four Seasons Hotel for payment of my account for this and future stays. I agree that my
liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person,
company, or other third party billed, fails to pay part or all of these charges.
