  2. Consultants cannot be around for ever…
  3. We - The primary problem we have seen is self sustenance of the “new way of working”. As soon as the hand holding stops, the teams find is very simple to go back to old way of working Any failures that the team faces are attributed to the new way of working
  4. The transformation plan must be cognizant of the fact that transformation is a long journey and it does not end with the consultant leaving an engagement. In order to make the transformation snow-ball, creation of empowered individuals and teams are important.
