• Couple of textures appears to be here. The smooth Batiste 3/4
Sleeve Collar Dress Shirt lies comfortably over the One
dominant texture as seen on the tweed bottom. Dominant
textural attention goes to the tweed checked wide legged
trousers. All textures are relatively soft, with the pearl &
diamond teardrop earrings becoming a small surprise element.
• The darker color of the tweed trousers dominates the
subordinate maroon smooth Batiste 3/4th sleeve collar dress.
Black pumps carries achromatic (black) color down with
subordinate interest, but their smooth texture claims little to
no attention to itself. The pearl & diamond teardrop earrings
catch attention due to the textural and color contrast.
Considering them to be sub-subordinate.

• Variety among textures shows up beautifully here. The
smooth opaque tee top layers comfortably under the One
dominant texture as seen in the sheer ruffled top. When
layered, the sheerness of the top is barely noticeable until up
close. Dominant textural attention goes to the multi-layered
sheer ruffles. All textures are relatively soft, with the metal
earrings becoming a small surprise element.
• The darker color of the ruffle-textured top dominates the
subordinate white cotton smooth-textured pants. Heeled
pumps carry the color down with subordinate interest, but
their smooth texture claims little to no attention to itself. The
metal earrings catch attention due to the textural and color
contrast, but being so small they don’t compete with the larger
area of ruffles. Considering them to be sub-subordinate.
