11. VACUUM DEWATERED FLOORING
The Vacuum Dewatered (VD)
Flooring method, is a system
for laying high quality concrete
floors with superior cost-
effectiveness. Surplus water
from the concrete is removed
immediately after placing and
vibration, reducing the water-
cement ratio to an optimum
level.
Through the vacuum
treatment, it is possible to
reduce the water content in the
concrete by 15-25% which
greatly increases the
compressive strength.
12. EPOXY FLOORING
Epoxy is an engineering
adhesive that bestows
the industrial floor with
durability, rejuvenates
it and amplifies its
value. Epoxy Coating
can be applied to the
existing floors and also
the newly paved ones. It
gives a fantastic look
with increased strength
and durability.
13. WATERPROOFING
It is essential to water
proof a structure to
prevent the seepage of
water for its durability.
We provide water
proofing solutions for
basements, sunken
portions, roofs, terrace
gardens and expansion
joints etc. We deal with
several ways of water
proofing depending on a
structure, site and
conditions
14. INJECTION GROUTING
Cracks, as narrow as 1
mm can be bonded by the
injection of epoxy using
this technique. The
technique generally
consists of establishing
entry and venting ports at
close intervals along the
cracks, sealing the cracks
on exposed surfaces and
injecting the epoxy under
pressure. This technique
is successfully used in
repair of cracks in
buildings, bridges, dams
and other types of
concrete structures.
15. FOAM CONCRETE
Foam concrete is a cement-
bonded material made by
blending an extremely fluid
cement paste (slurry), into
which is injected a stable,
pre-formed foam,
manufactured on site.Fresh
foam concrete has the
appearance of a light-grey
mousse or milk-shake and
it is the volume of slurry to
foam which dictates the
cast density of the foam
concrete.
16. STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING
Structural strengthening,
restoring and adding capacity
is an integral part of today’s
concrete repair industry.
Structural strengthening may
be required for increasing
load capacity of beams,
columns, walls, and/or slabs,
seismic retrofitting,
supporting additional live or
dead loads not included in
original design, to relieve
stresses generated by design
or construction errors, or to
restore original load capacity
to damaged structural
elements.
17. ANTI-CORROSIVE COATING
Anti-corrosion refers to the protection of metal surfaces from corroding in high-
risk (corrosive) environments. When metallic materials are put into corrosive
environments, they tend to have chemical reactions with the air and/or water. The
effects of corrosion become evident on the surfaces of these materials. It is
necessary to put anti corrosive coatings on the metals being used in the structures
these days, especially steel for a longer durability. The metal surface is treated with
chemical coats including paints and reagents etc. for the treatment.
