Description: The HTS system manages the flow of information, tasks and materials among scientists within and between
labs improving personal productivity, collaboration and collective intelligence It is a drug-discovery process widely used in
the pharmaceutical industry. It leverages automation to quickly assay the biological or biochemical activity of a large number
of drug-like compounds. It is a useful for discovering ligands for receptors, enzymes, ion-channels or other pharmacological
targets, or pharmacologically profiling a cellular or biochemical pathway of interest.
Machine Learning Techniques for the classification of Microarray data analysis [M.TECH 2014]

2. Description: The proposed method uses Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naive Bayes Classifier are
Machine Learning Methods as the classifiers for diagnosis of Microarray data. The Machine Learning Method
focus on classifying Microarray data from high dimensional microarray dataset.
Hospice Management of Corporate Sector [M.Sc 2012]
Description : This project is an internal project of a software company’s t his is a project dealing with the
computerization of services of hospice management of corporate sector. It deals with the medical equipment and
drugs given to the customers, claiming the bills from the insurance companies used by the medical service
providers. By using this project, employees of an organization can’t cheat their management by claiming medical
allowances without consulting any hospital.
