This project is basically a support project providing production support and maintenance for mission
critical application - Argus Safety Suite. It plays an important role in the regulatory area - manages

I was involved in technical team to provide end to end solution to users which involves :
o Issues related to Case data discrepancy
o Reporting Rule related issues
o Fetching out the cases pending for submission and follow up with authority for
acknowledgement for the same
Along with technical support analyst I have been involved in Argus functional support activities
as well. I have been familiar with reports scheduling like CIOMS-II, PSUR, DSUR and Ad-hoc.
Also, have a good knowledge related to study configuration, license configuration, reporting rule
