13. METHODLOGY OR REQUIRED STEPS
TO ELIMINATE OBSERVED PROBLEMS
1. According to size of scraps we can use them to produce washer and
hinge for doors of small boxes with help of available of hydraulic
punching and bending machine.
2. We can build or buy a partitional carriers instead of a conventional
carriers so that some small operations can be possible on carrier
itself.
3. If we use size carrier with adjustable boundaries instead of carrier
with fixed boundaries.
4. Hanging clips have smaller size then the hanging clamps, so we can
use hanging clips over hanging device over hanging clips and we can
provide larger surface area for powder coating.
5. We can introduce jig and fixtures for welding so that the process of
welding can be done fast.
