Internship Experience:
 Received competitive internship position with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office
 Observed many court cases at the Pinellas County Courthouse
 Observed cases,worked with attorneys,tookcourt notes
 Participated in a number of ride alongs in and out of my internship
 Worked alongside the IOB Pinellas County Burglary Unit with Special Detective Ricky Rodgers
 Went to many on site interviews, did reports, and helped make graphs and assessments
 Worked with Recruit Training Division and had the opportunity to train with them first hand
 Went through CRP training, fire arms training, OC and Tasercourses,experienced the inside of a gas
chamber, learned online tasks,etc.
 Worked with Pinellas Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter
 Helped work with the homeless, provided shelter, food, rehab, etc.

 Completed several police rides with Tampa Police Department Sector 2

location manager on assigned tasks and develop management skills to qualify for promotion by
successfully meeting daily challenges with hands-on experience
 Grew sales 20% in just 5 months, reversing long-standing sales decline by helping each of my customers
with their unique situations,identifying business needs,and using solution-selling techniques
 Held one of the highest RM (Revenue Management) percentages for a manager trainee in the region
 Gained crucial foundational skills to shift from being an individual contributor to a well-respected manager
who can achieve team success and drive bottom-line performance
 Learned how to conduct the DBR (daily report of business)for my branch and surrounding branches in the
area
 Went through extensive training to learn how the Revenue Management Department is run
 Can now compare yearly, monthly, and quarterly tax statements to determine how to keep the business

 Participated in many sales calls around the area with the regional sales rep to learn how to grow a business
from outside sources
