1. Proud member of rGreen Consortium.
WHAT IS rGREEN LANDFILL?
As a lead member of rGreen Consortium, a designated B Corp., rGreen Landfill is a start-up engineering
and solid waste consulting company. Our patented and approved technology, the โAerobic Landfill
Bioreactor Systemโ (ALBS), quintuples landfill revenues by reusing the same airspace while eliminating
greenhouse gases, such as methane. Added together, airspace recovery and carbon footprint reductions
equate to billions of dollars in un-tapped revenues. rGreen Landfill provides quick and sturdy capital that
will be used to complete funding and launch the rest of the businesses within the Consortium.
rGreen Landfill receives approximately $5 Million on closed landfill sites on average, and over $20
Million on operating landfills on average.

3. ๏ rGreen Consortium currently consists of 5 highly profitable, modeled companies tied together
with a single steering committee, collectively sharing resources and thus empowering each other
socially and financially for the greater good.
๏ The foundational data derived from crowdsourcing is re-used across our tied industries for
profound growth & expansion.
๏ Our patented process, called the Aerobic Landfill Bioreactor System (ALBS), is recognized by
USEPA, and has been certified by the United Nations (UN) CDM Methodology Number AM0083.
AEROBIC LANDFILL BIOREACTOR SYSTEM (ALBS) ENDLESS โ SUSTAINABLE โ REGENERATIVE
๏ถ Note: All Commercial Class 2 operating landfills on our planet have now become completely
obsolete. Our system eliminates post-closure monitoring costs, capping costs, and quickly
eliminates brownfields.
Millions in profits year 1 with each landfill โ Funding is used to fund rGreen Consortium!
rGreen Landfill profoundly bridges industry forward, pulls communities together,
and leads to providing a fully-funded higher education for all children within a
community! rGreen Landfill and the business partners of rGreen Consortium are
Evangelistic and all benefit each other!
4. rGreen Consortium has a 2 Phase approach to funding the consortium. In Phase 1, we will begin by
targeting Landfills in Canada with our Sustainable Landfill solution to raise the startup capital needed for
Phase 2, the completion of the rGreen Consortium.
Alongside its constituents, rGreen Landfill holds multiple patents on a new environmental technology
that changes the rules regarding all landfills - it allows all the space in existing landfills to be re-used,
thereby freeing up future land and financial assets. Instead of building new landfills once they fill up and
are closed, we avoid the post-closure cost of monitoring the landfill for 30-plus years, as well as the
landfill capping expense of approximately $300,000 per acre, quickly saving each landfill $10s and $100s
of millions of dollars in operational cost. We treat the waste that is in place over a 3- to 5-year period
using the rGreen technology, and then pull out the remaining bulk of inert materials, such as glass, metals,
and plastics, which are either recycled, reused, or sent to a less expensive construction and debris (C&D)
landfill. With the cell now empty and reconditioned, the landfill is refilled with new waste and the rGreen
technology reapplied, followed by subsequent mining events. This is repeated for multiple decades.
The rGreen technology not only reduces all the environmental hazards at the landfill, but reduces landfill
methane, a Greenhouse gas that is 23 times more harmful than CO2 in the atmosphere. Such reductions
can be monetized into millions of dollarsโ worth of carbon credits depending on the amount of methane
โavoided.โ The Aerobic Landfill Bioreactor System doubles & quintuples landfill revenues, which
equates to billions of dollars in un-tapped revenues for todayโs average operating landfill.
The rGreen technology can be applied at any Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill in the world where
acreage is at a premium, where landfill costs are high, or where sustainable waste management is
desired. The technology is not only recognized by the US EPA and in five states, but is registered and
approved by the United Nations as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Our emissions reduction
methodology generates Certified Emission Reduction units (CERs), which may be traded in emissions
trading schemes. Our CDM is qualified as a sustainable development that contributes to the ultimate
objective of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which is to prevent
dangerous climate change. We help to achieve compliance with their quantified emission limitation and
5. reduction commitments of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Once rGreen Consortium is launched we will also focus on Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills
within the U.S.A. as well as the additional remaining landfills in Alberta Canada.

Known as The Sustainable
Landfill

Assumptions:
Landfill Acreage: โข 33 acres
Landfill Volume: โข 1,000,000 tons
Amount of GHG emission reduction over project (3-5
years)
โข 1,200,000 tons carbon dioxide equivalent
(CO2EQ)
โข Instead of 50 - 100 years or more to use the property again it is now 3-5 years.
โข No foul odors.
โข Methane Gas is 23 times more powerful than CO2 going into our atmosphere. 90-95% is eliminated.
โข Landfills produce Bio- Hazardous wastewater and we eliminate 100%.
โข After a landfill is full and closed it must be tested for ground water contamination for 30 years. This is
eliminated. Millions Saved.
โข After a landfill is closed it is required to be capped at a cost of $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per acre. This is
eliminated. Millions saved.
