This letter is being written on the behalf of Quanda Marie Meakens. I had the pleasure of supervising
Quanda during her tenure at MSI International.
During our time working together, I found Quanda to be a pleasure to work with. Her attitude was a
wonderful example of what an employer looks for in a team member. Quanda walked in early every
morning, ready to go. She was diligent in the pursuit of the desired outcome. She was a collaborative
teammate to others. She was entrepreneurial in spirit while simultaneously working within the company
structure. Quanda was one to always go the extra mile, working nights and weekends in an effort to be
better than average. Finally, Quanda was one who I could assign leadership tasks to, knowing that she
would carry out these tasks to the better end for the organization.
When I bring a new associate on, I look hard for two characteristics, attitude and effort. Quanda scores
an A++ in both efforts. She will go throughout the day working in a way that is dedicated to the
successful end-result, all the while working with a smile on her face. She was an excellent employee.
Additionally, Quanda was an excellent team member. She always had the respect of her colleagues. All
knew that Quanda meant business. All knew that she was fair and equitable and one who would work to
hard to help her team out.
It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Quanda.
