Jody Stroud a store director for Safeway Inc. in the Arizona division.
Valarie was an employee of mine for a little over a year. She proved herself
to be a loyal hard working employee. She was quickly promoted from her
hired position and showed the ability to learn quickly. We trained her in
multiple positions and responsibilities. She took the first set of classes in our
management training program and was working toward taking on more of a
supervisory role.
