you look at every day. Specially shirts, Lehnga and more are
decorated with all types of techniques. Whether its corporate logos,
monograms, club names or stylish shirt designs. While most of
today’s fashion embroidery in Clothing is have so much craze in
people.
Market Strategy and Objective :- Ensure the visibility of the
business.
Establish relationship with target market, supplier and shop.
Implement the local campaign, newspaper advertisement, road
shows and posters.
Develop online presence of business and after establishment
soon start online too.

13. Employee qualification criteria
Operations :- Men employee on contact based -Security, Inventory
maintenance, Transport.
Women employee- must be above 18 year.
married, unmarried and widow
Mandatory skill is stitching.
For hand work and cleaning must be literate.
For machine work must be 10 or 10+2.
Position is negotiated after training.
Administrative:-
Project coordinator :- MBA degree mandatory

Marketing sales and Accounting:- Bachelor degree or Master degree in
business administration , fresher or experience
14. Employee Training and Insurance
Training :- Training is given in the business on same time of work . It is
mandatory .
The membership fee is Rs100 per month. Also provide Certificate within 2
weeks at Rs1000.
Insurance :- There is also Life insurance which is mandatory to all employee.
Insurance Policy name is New Jeevan Mangalam(T-819) “Har chehre par
nayi muskan”
Minimum and maximum age is 18 to 55 year.
Minimum /maximum period is 10 to 15 year.
Premium payment is Rs100 per month, first payment include 3 premium
amount or Rs300 .
At Maturity = Rs24000+ 15 year bonus amount excluding service tax.
At claim accidental death amount receive is twice the insurance money
with how much time policy run.
Natural death within policy time 10 time money till pay or 105%.
