PROFILE
 Mechanical Engineer having an experience of more than 9 years in Design & Development of Exhaust & Cooling systems,
checking the manufacturing detailed drawings as well as inspecting them after manufacturing; currently working as
Senior Design Engineer with Tata Technologies.
 Competency in mobilizing and judiciously managing resources with structured inputs in the domains of project planning,
scheduling and monitoring to ensure project accomplishment within defined time parameters.
 3 months advanced training on Exhaust systems designing in Germany.
 Successfully worked with offshore clients and was deputed to Germany for more than 1 year as a Design Coordinator;
involved in design & prototyping projects related to exhaust systems.
 2D & 3D modeling of exhaust system from RFQ stage to SOP with effective solution including Tooling & manufacturing
point of view.

 Cold end muffler design for MDLS(Defence lane) - all parts’ drawing & delivery of proto & serial parts to M&M including

 Design catalytic converter with all parts’ drawing & delivery of proto & serial parts to TML including testing for Tata-Aria &

 Projects related to catalytic converter & muffler system for Clients like BMW, Volkswagen, and Daimler. These are all
offshore projects executed in Germany .As team lead
