Consuming fluids, fruits, and salads will
indirectly improve your overall health.

Put everything into one thing and see
how that one thing will come to you.
9: Do Yoga
Yoga not only improves your focus
but also enhances your memory.
10: Track Your Goals
Tracking goals gives you the motivation to
maintain the momentum in your work.
