RAN and packet core network.
2. Handling dispatch function (work-force management), by coordinating with Field Engineers to
troubleshoot any issue/defect encountered in the network.

4. Handling of critical outages of all severities and documentation of incidents.
5. Handling L1PM (Level 1 Problem Management) to keep 100% network availability.
6. Handling multiple in-house tech-tools to keep the network's performance error-free.

8. Working as lead auditor to track and maintain service quality project.
9. Handlng of all weekly customer governance calls.
