3. PROBLEM
STATEME
NT
BEING IN BIG-DATA WORLD, MOST ORGANIZATION
HAVE DATA THAT IS ROUTINELY COLLECTED BUT STILL THE
SEARCH FOR ANALYTICS EXISTS.
UNFORTUNATELY, RAW DATA ON ITS OWN
CANNOT PROVIDE ANY USEFUL INSIGHT. IT WOULD BE LIKE
LOOKING AT A LARGE SPREADSHEET FULL OF NUMBERS AND
WORDS.
ONCE ORGANIZED, COMPARED AND ANALYZED, THIS RAW DATA
PROVIDES USEFUL INSIGHT.
HAVING DATA-BACKED EVIDENCE MEANS THAT ORGANIZATIONS
CAN FOCUS ON MAKING THE NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS AND
PLAN FOR FUTURE INITIATIVES.
WITH THE ABILITY TO ANSWER IMPORTANT ORGANIZATIONAL
QUESTIONS, IT IS NOT SURPRISING THAT MANY BUSINESSES
USING HR ANALYTICS ARE ATTRIBUTING PERFORMANCE
IMPROVEMENT TO HR INITIATIVES.
4. ABSTRACT
The problem definition for designing the system is to maintain
data of employee, to make easy controlling employees, to divide
jobs and access control of employees, to use technology for
accurate and timely processing by fully privacy and full authority
access.
The objective of the project is to ease the workload of the HR
department by providing easy visualization of data.
And, to eliminate or reduce possible the hardships of existing
system and avoid errors while entering data. In existing method,
the HR manually analyze the data collected which is a time-
consuming process.
The proposed system is highly effective and timesaving. Many big
data analytics objectives focus on achieving cost savings across
a wide range of business activities.

8. PROPOSE
D SYSTEM
The proposed system is a
Power BI dashboard which
visualizes the data
provided as per HR
requirement.
A Power BI dashboard is a
single page, often called a
canvas, that
uses visualizations to tell a
story.
The visualizations on a
dashboard come from
reports and each report is
based on one dataset.
Selecting a visualization
takes you to the report that
was used to create it.
A dashboard can combine
on-premises and cloud data,
providing consolidated view
regardless of where the data
lives.
A dashboard isn't just a
pretty picture; it's interactive
and the tiles update as the
underlying data changes.

10. POWER BI
DESKTOP
Eases the work of HR department in providing
better visualizations of analytics through
dashboards and reports which can be shared
using Power BI.
Creates a cloud-based service with a simple
interface for end users to create their own
reports and dashboards with Power BI.
Power BI Desktop is a free application you
install on your local computer that lets you
connect to, transform, and visualize your data.
Business intelligence projects use Power BI
Desktop to create reports, and then use
the Power BI service to share their reports with
others.
11. USES OF
POWER BI
Share Share reports with others by using the Power BI service
Create Create reports that are collections of visuals, on one or
more report pages
Create Create visuals, such as charts or graphs, that provide
visual representations of the data
Transform
and clean
Transform and clean that data, to create a data model
Connect Connect to data
12. MICROSOFT
POWER
AUTOMATE
Microsoft Power Automate is a suitable
tool for:
• Companies that want to optimize their
workflows – in favor of a more efficient
way of working in business processes
and a reduction in operating costs.
• IT decision-makers who want to allow
industry partners to create solutions
themselves so that IT experts and
integration specialists can focus on
more sophisticated integration tools,
for example Azure Logic Apps.
