INTRODUCTIONTOSYSTEM
This is online website through which people of respective areas can
connect to their Corporators and Nagarpalikaonline.People can share
their problems and complaints as a message to Corporators
.Nagarpalika Is connected to the Corporator and people. Corporator
can forward message to Nagarpalika and help each other in solving the
problems of the people.Through this system People and Government
get connected and maintains the healthy relationship with each
other.Satara Nagar Nigam is online website through which the
government can connect to the people at the locallevel.At recent
People cannot connect directly with their respective area Corporator
and Nagarpalika. Because of sometimes issue or Government people
are busy in someother work they cannot give time to local people and
cannot solve their problems and help them as much as they can.And
work is manually done which is waste of time and efforts of the people
and they cannot get the help when they are in actual need.So our
online proposed website is going to make easier for
Corporators,Nagarpalika and People to get connected easily and as
faster as need.People can share their problems as a complaint to their
respective areas corporators and expect the satisfactory solution. The
Corporator can solve the problem of the people and if neccessary can
forward message to the Nagarpalika.
Existing System
The existing system is manual /machine systems where the users must
have to perform manually. It will take more time and this whole
procedure is very tedious and takes a lot of time.
Problems of the existing system
 It is limited to a single system.
 It has lot of manual work.
 The manual system is very less secure.
 It unable to generate different kinds of reports.
 It is difficult to handle a lot of paper work sometimes it may be lost
or misplaced.
 Retrieval of information is difficult and time consuming.
 A lot of time and manual effort is required.
 People cannot send complaint if officer is not available or
government holiday is there.
 The people have no information about the particular are
Corporators, Nagarpalika or officers.
PROPOSEDSYSTEM
Objective
The objective of this development effort is:-
 To reduce paper work.
 To save time and money.
 To remove drawback in manual working.
 To design database of candidate system.
 To develop report as per requirement.
 To get desired and accurate result.
 To secure data result from unauthorized user.
To develop the system that will be user friendly
