This document contains several emails celebrating the successful completion of an oil diversion project from the Zakum Central Complex to Das Island by NPCC for ADMA. The project involved demothballing the Zakum Central Complex and was considered very complex but NPCC delivered better than expected through excellent teamwork, leadership on safety, flexibility to overcome challenges, and innovation to optimize the scope. The diversion of oil was a major milestone and historical event for ADMA and demonstrated NPCC's ability to execute very complex projects. All involved were proud to have contributed to this great success.

complex hasbeensuccessfullydivertedtoDasIslandforthe firsttime in ADMA history. NPCChasonce
againprovento our VALUED CUSTOMERS that ,whenitcomestoexecutingverycomplexprojects, NPCC
IS THE CONTRACTOR OF CHOICE. The projectwasin the studyand planningstage within ADMA for
several yearsbefore finallybeingtenderedandawardedtoNPCCinApril 2010.
Duringexecution,the NPCCTEAMsurpassedall expectationsanddeliveredbetterthantargeton
variouscounts.
HSE record wasoutstanding despite the challenges of working in a massive brown field project. The focus
and Leadership on HSE by the entire team was something to be truly proud of. Even the execution
methodology was revised post award, introducing early offshore campaigns in order to enhance the work
environment ,thus improving HSE and efficiency. The Safety Moments preceding each meetings always shared
relevant and timely lessons from Client/NPCC/PMC and Third Parties and focused everyone’s attention to the
key challenges ahead.
Newideaswere studiedandproposedtothe Clienttointroduce by-passesforvariousoperatingsystems
inorder to optimize the scope duringthe shutdownand drasticallyreduce the 30 day shutdown
duration. The new“INNOVATIVE”strategyenabledasignificantpartof the plannedshutdownscope to
be shiftedtopre or post shutdown.Thiswasa majorachievementthathada verypositive impact
onADMA productiontargetsand washighlyappreciatedbytheirSeniorManagementandShareholders.
It clearlydemonstratedthe uniquenessof thisorganizationinconstantly RISING TOTHE
CHALLENGE. ADMA adoptedthe strategyfora subsequentproject,ZWSC.
2. Engineeringforthe brownfieldprojectwithoutthe benefitof accurate “as built“ informationwasa
challenge thatNPCCtookheadonand succeeded.We alsoovercame the clashesthatwere introduced
due to shortcomingsinthe designprocessesbyanotherContractorworkingona parallel project.
Otherthan the Main Oil Pumps,ourProcurementeffortswerewellalignedtomeetall the project
expectations.
The NewAccommodationPlatform wassuccessfullycompleted,installedandcommissionedtwo
monthsaheadof the contractedcompletiondate.
The offshore campaignwasverywell managed,twobargeswere deployedasplannedandanadditional
thirdbarge,SEP 450 wasdeployedforashort durationtoovercome challenges.
Successisattributedtoexcellent TEAMWORKacrossall DepartmentsinNPCC. The ADMA Teamsfrom
ProjectsandOperationsembracedthe same spiritrecognizingfullythatwe all deliverthe bestoutcomes
whenwe are all aligned.Excellent FLEXIBILITY wasdemonstratedbyall toovercome all challenges
faced.
