Positive Rishikumar has been playing key role to empower & lead various National organizations and always stands for national issues with his powerful youth volunteerism across nation.
He is presently the Founder & CEO at I-INSPIRE FOUNDATION and working to promote Art, culture and sports amongst the physically challenged. He is also providing NGO Management Advisory to various organization and CSR Consulting to Corporates, and also provides Design Thinking training for motivation to Next Generation to devote towards society welfare.
He is also Principal Advisor at WingsToFly Foundation to carry out organization’s initiative to empower deprived women’s and to provide support for their Livelihood Security, and lead the National team.
He is also National Deputy Chief (CSR) at Council For Media and Satellite Broadcasting. He focuses on advancing the mission and goals and advises to Chairman on all important matter in national planning.

Positive Rishikumar has worked with YUVA Unstoppable as Vice President Operations and led various social projects for 3 years at national level to Empower Youth, and less privileged kids through Right to Education.
He has been part of national projects including Computer Literacy Program with Microsoft, Financial Literacy Program with HDFC, Women Unstoppable with various institutions, English Unstoppable with 30+ Corporates, Weekend Slum School Project, Swami Vivekananda Club Project with Dept. of Youth, Govt of Guja- rat, , Hockey Team Project with Sports Authority of India, Pasti-Ki- Masti with 20+ Institutions., Annual Cultural & Sports Festivals with Blind Schools, Free AIEEE Coaching Program and more.
He has also represented Dept. of Youth, Culture & Sports, Govt. of Gujarat at International platform and had successful Meeting with Minister of Youth & Sports, Mauritius Mr. Devanand Ritoo in May 2013.

Positive Rishikumar has worked in various portfolio for four years at Creative Choice Group to manage operations of Top Telecom companies of USA which includes AT&T & Verizon, His telecom experience further made him work with the Chairman to establish Telecom company in Florida (USA) under Wimax Broadband LLC and also managed various Business Development initiative of Group of companies World Wide including Energy Efficiency Vehicle, EB-5 Program, Water Transport System, Technology Parks, International Real Estate projects, Petroleum, & Wellness Resorts.
He has also led various operations including Nutrisystem, a USA program for Healthy Life and College Bound Network to provide Counselling & Career development of Students studying in USA Colleges & Universities while working with Etech, Inc, a subsidiary of Creative Choice Group.
He has also played key role at Creative InfoCity Ltd to provide world class IT/ITES Space & UK Business Operations of Improsynergies Pvt. Ltd, subsidiaries of Creative Choice Group.
