8. KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
• All the ingredients required by each departments of kitchen get delivered once a
week. Every thing is in surplus so that no customer has to listen a no to any dish he
chooses from our menu
• We import many ingredients from other states and countries which are not available
in the local markets.
• To minimize importing of goods from other places we grow some of the vegetables
in our farms which can be grown in the weather conditions in our local area.
• We try to minimize the time between the order placement and serving the food as much as
possible using latest technology to cook your food as quickly as possible.

• For efficient management we made departments based on cuisine and each
department has its own head chefs.
• We provide free Wi-Fi in the waiting halls so that the people who have to wait
for the tables don’t get bored in the mean time.
• For children we have a play room and a garden so that they can play while
waiting or after they’ve finished eating.
• We provide pick and delivery cab service, specially for college students who
stay in hostels in remote places.

ads, posters, hoardings, pamphlets.
