associated works,to include,excavation,steel fixing,concrete bases and
foundations,erecting blockwork,rendering and plastering,electics and all plumbing
works,floor and wall tiling,to include construction of patios,and pump houses.we
build any size swimming pool,of any shape,to suit our clients prefferences.my
role in the company,as well as the hands on aspects,were to meet clients,discuss
plans and options,and budget and time frame.my role also stretched to dealing
with any customer complaints or problems,wich thankfully were few and far
between.in just under 4 years we built many pools,patios etc,and have met many
interesting people.as well as working in the building industry,in the uk,for over 15
years,this experiance has given me more confidence in my practical

i started at ridgelake by way of a practical placement whilst at college.for approx
9 years i was hands on,painting flats and houses,internally and externally,mostly
for housing associations and councils.in that time,by keeping my eyes and ears
open,i learned all the additional skills i hold today.in the last 4 years of working
for ridgelake,i used my experience of working with many types of people,and
became the chief estimator,visiting peoples homes,discussing their building
needs,and converting that into a quotation for works.
