This is to certify that Phoebe Demetry volunteered for Diversity Day 2016 at Copenhagen Business
School on March 8, 2016.
Diversity Day is an official diversity and inclusion initiative at Copenhagen Business School (CBS)
initiated by the Equal Opportunities Office. The purpose of the Equal Opportunities Office is to
create a CBS with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion both internally in our own organization
and in educating future business leaders. One way of increasing awareness is the organizing of
events that introduce this theme to the 20,000 students at CBS as well as to our researchers and
administrative staff. In particular, we do this on Diversity Day. During the day there are numerous
activities that focus on different aspects of diversity. These have included a theatrical
performance, academic lectures, panel debates, a choir performance and much more.
Phoebe Demetry was a valuable support in developing ideas, organizing a game booth for Diversity
Day and assisting during Diversity Day.
