6. Founded in December 2017, our predecessor was HITS.
Corporate Offices Charleston, South Carolina
Emerged from a collaborative partnership formed at the
Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC),
an academic health center that is a top 50 NIH Research
Institution and prominent national US player in Telehealth.
Emanated from a determined need in healthcare for
software and application development.
MUSC did not have a “development shop” and because of
its status as a public, governmental entity, it is limited in
its ability to create the type of development shop
best suited for this work.
