Phil Suess enjoys the power and authority vested in him as the Mayor of the city of Wheaton. When he should be working for the city and its people, he uses both to his own advantage and amasses wealth using cheap schemes like these. My family and many more in Wheaton who unfortunately voted for and elected this scoundrel to the Mayor’s office have paid for our mistake quite literally. Now it is time that he pays for his by stepping down and suffering as much as we have at his hands.
