3. Do we really believe that
promise?
I had always skipped over it
on my way to study more about the Church
Do we care about Israel the way God does?
4. Most of the Church consists of
wild olive branches.
We are only grafted in
to the Tree of Israel.
Romans 11:17-18
But God has not
forgotten Israel.
Isaiah 44:21
5. Let us begin to Expect God to
fulfill His promises to Israel.
He has done it before!
6. Those born of the House of Israel have
paid a heavy price
So that God could send the Messiah
through them.
7. Too much of that suffering has been at
the hands of the Church.
8. Do we believe that Israel can only be
saved by those who have been her
tormentors for 2,000 years?
9. Is it not possible that God has
planned something else for
His Beloved Israel?
10. Early in the Reformation
Martin Luther said:
“If I had been a Jew and had seen such idiots and blockheads
ruling and teaching the Christian religion, I would rather
have been a sow than a Christian.
For they have dealt with the Jews as if they were dogs
And not human beings.”
Sadly, Luther ended his life
saying and doing what the ‘idiots’ had done.
11. Jesus is going to Save All Israel!
He has a plan for them that
extends beyond the Church.
We have disqualified ourselves.
12. All Israel shall be saved.
They have played an exceptional part
In God’s plan of salvation.
They will receive an exceptional opportunity
to partake of the salvation
that they suffered so much to enable.
13. If not the Church then How
Who?
Just as Jesus is coming to receive His Bride, Himself
So He will come to Israel – Himself.
Jesus has made special plans
for the Apple of God’s eye.
14. Now that we expect Jesus to do
something for Israel Himself
we know what to look for in the
scriptures.
Once we look for it, it is easy to find.
The Spirit of the Lord set me down
In the midst of a Valley of Dry Bones
Ezekiel 37
17. The Set Time to Favour Israel
Has Come.
Psalm 102:13
18. The Lord set me down in the
midst of the Valley which was
full of bones.
And they were very dry.
And God said: “Can these bones live?”
19. God said: Come O breath and
breathe upon these slain that they
may live.Ezekiel 37:9
God said: O My people, I will open your graves
And cause you to come up out of your graves
And bring you into the land of Israel. 37:12
21. By the Word of the Lord
were the heavens made …
by the breath of His mouth.
Psalm 33:6
For He remembered that they were flesh
A breath / a wind that passes away
and does not come again. Psalm 78:39
22. God formed Man out of the dust
of the ground.
And breathed into his nostrils the breath of life
And man became a living soul – a speaking spirit.
Genesis 2:7
23. God formed a covenant with
Abraham, Moses and David
So that a man could be formed out of that covenant
Who could be the Son of God.
In obedience to and faith in that covenant
Mary received the Word God
breathed into her by the Spirit.
Jesus was begotten by God – a speaking spirit – a man.
He was the bearer of salvation.
24. Jesus breathed on them and said
“Receive the Holy Spirit”
John 20:22
Jesus breathed on the disciples
and formed the Body of Christ- the Church,
to be the bearer of the gospel in the earth.
25. Jesus is coming to catch away
His Bride, His Body, the Church.
Who will be the bearer of the Gospel then?
Is humanity to be left alone without a word of grace
during the time of Tribulation?
26. As the Bride is Raptured
the dead of Israel will be
Resurrected.
All Israel will be gathered to hear the Message of Jesus.
They will be given important work to do.
27. Revelations 7 & 14 reveal theRevelations 7 & 14 reveal the
place of Israel in the time ofplace of Israel in the time of
Tribulation.Tribulation.
They are the bearers of the good news
They take up the mantle
of the departed Church
28. For a 1,000 years
Jesus will entreat Israel in person
He will reveal Himself as their Messiah
He will restore to them the joy of their covenant.
29. Jesus will woo Israel for 1,000 years
as a lover would woo the beloved.
This is how much God cherishes Israel
This is His plan for His Beloved Israel.
It sounds like a long time but remember that
1,000 years was the typical life-span before the flood.
That is how long God originally intended for us to live.
