This presentation was given at the Wellington EdTech Meetup on January 26th 2015. The focus is on how organisations are reframing their thinking around what they want to do with Learning Management Systems. Thinking has moved from managing learner's access to courses, to LMSs being a tool to manage the process of developing people. In the future we're likely to see additional technologies being folded in so that the LMS becomes the fabric or glue that lets dispersed learning thrive.
