As manager of the QA team at Moxie Software, I was pleased to be able to work with Pavlo Bohun
from Dec 2012 to Feb 2014 via our relationship with GlobalLogic. As a QA Analyst II, Pavlo was part
of our Lviv, Ukraine QA team that was responsible for all our testing needs at Moxiesoft.
Pavlo’s day to day responsibilities included writing, maintaining, and performing test cases for our
Spaces social collaboration product and mobile application. He also had to handle the product builds
on our continuous integration server and backend client to ensure testing could be enabled for the
rest of the team. Pavlo also did a wonderful job of being one of the most experienced testers on the
team, and served as our QA Lead’s backup when needed. In fact, when our QA Lead left for a long-
term maternity leave, Pavlo stepped in admirably.
I appreciated Pavlo’s positive “can-do” attitude and ability to handle to any changes. I transitioned the
QA team to integrated Agile sprints with our development team, and Pavlo quickly adapted to the new
Agile methodologies and processes to help increase our product quality. I believe his experience
working directly in a truly Agile, integrated QA-Dev environment is invaluable. He was absolutely criti-
cal to the success of our mobile application, as he was there to help plan the testing and device man-
agement from the conception of the app. His confidence in our products is strong and I relied on his
opinions to help the development team make the right decisions on certain issues.
Should I have the chance, I would love to work with Pavlo again. I wish him the best of luck in his
