Project Description :
Retention System is an application to track the insurance policies and for Renewal of
policies. Leads are uploaded into the system through excel sheets. Uploaded data is
then assigned to respective roles on a regular basis. The executives of ICICI Lombard
then follow up with the customers to sell the policies or renew the existing ones.
Different kind of reports can be generated from the application to be reviewed by
management level users of the system.
This is an intranet application, which is developed to process the application for
insurance policy of the customers, related to Health, Motor, and Cooperative. The
System is basically used to keep track of the leads. 3000 users access the site at a
time. Ranking Module that ranks all the hierarchies based on their sale, which helps in
tracking their performances.
The policy information can be filled by uploading the excel file containing multiple
policy information. The user can search policies and generate the reports. Generation
of Renewal Notice for Insurance is automated in the system. At a time n numbers of
Notices are generated. Payment is made Online.
