technique to provide the user friendly Application. This project has been developed for one of the
Asia’s largest social enterprise incubators to build an automated feedback tool for remote
customer interaction. By using this tool enterprise can know the specific product feedback from
their customers through voice based surveys. The tool has survey templates and also allows users
to create their own surveys. This system is reacting with users as human not a machine.

Description : Developed the Application by using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
technique to provide the user friendly Application. By using this service public can awareness
about fraud companies. This service is helpful to public, who invest the money in companies, chit
funds or in some other organizations. Public can call this application and give the information
about company name, invest amount and invest date. Once they given the details, EOW officers
can see the registration or complaints details through web interface and officers will start the
investigation about that companies and they will update about the company through SMS or by
calling he/she mobile number.

Description : Developed the Chola MS application by using Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
technology. This is the Out bound application. Data will be fetching through web services and call
will go to the Customer and it will play the policy number, amount, expiry date etc. And if
Customer wants to speak to Customer care agent they can choose the Customer care option.
Once he select the Customer care agent option mail will go to the Agents with reference id and
policy number, then they will call to that Customer and will speak.
This Project was developed in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and
Guajarati.
