Developed strategic responses to long-standing public dispute over the building’s disposition, serving
as the Center’s lead negotiator and bringing competing interests in the building into mediation

Identified, resolved and removed long-standing city code violations working with the NYC Fire and
Building Departments. Developed a code education and enforcement campaign for residents and short-
