Having Oxygen & Acetylene on-board vessels is not cheap
these days:
• Deposit of the oxygen & acetylene cylinders
• Daily rental of the cylinders
• Refilling of the cylinders, varies from port to port,
• Transport charges
• Consumables, regulators / flashback arrestors / torches and cutting nozzles etc.
All of this is very expensive and can be a logistical nightmare, especially if any cylinders go missing
leading to deposit losses. So consequently it will dramatically reduce costs and Increase productivity

3. The Hypertherm Powermax30®
AIR
The new Hypertherm Powermax30 is a revolutionary new Plasma cutter that comes complete with a built-in
Air Compressor thus eliminating the need to look for airline to connect to the old type of Plasma machines,
having a built-in compressor means you only need to plug in the Powermax30
which is a dual voltage machine, so you only need 120v or 240v with Auto-Voltage
technology electrical supply to operate it. The major benefit is the complete
portability ‘all over the ship’ to use on many jobs on all types of metals.
Benefits
No need carry heavy Oxygen & Acetylene bottles around
a vessel or any place of work, the PLASMA30 AIR is
extremely lightweight (13.5kg) and portable and can be carried over the shoulder with a thick
comfortable strap. It ticks all the boxes from a Health & Safety perspective.
The recommended cut is between 8mm - 10mm.This will be more than enough we believe for most Marine
applications, the machine itself comes with a 3 year warranty and the torch has a 12 month warranty.

4. MULTIPEARL 200-4 XL
Single Phase Inverter 20 > 200A
The MULTIPEARL 200-4 XL is a single phase multi-process welder.
It is capable of MIG/MAG, Gas & No Gas, MMA and TIG welding.
It has an advanced user interface with the option of fully synergic
or manual mode.
• MIG-MAG
- The MULTIPEARL 200-2 is suitable for 1Kg and 5Kg wire reel
thanks to its 2 rollers motor.
- The MIG-MAG process can be used in manual or Synergic mode.
• TIG
- The device is capable of TIG welding: TIG Lift DC.
- Post Gas and Downslope are adjustable directly on the torch thanks to the EURO connector.
• MMA
- Capable of welding any type of electrodes except Aluminium and Cellulosic up to Ø5mm, this
