Q How would you describe your management style?
A. I attempt to know as much as I can about the projects
being developed by my group. Who’s doing what; what
issues or breakthrough’s they might have had. Not to
micro-manage but to allow me to be in a better position
to be able to address situations as they arise. This then
facilitatesourabilityto leverage asuccesson one project
onto another project leading to cost reductions and
increased customer satisfaction.
Q How do you cope with change as a leader?
A. First and foremost is to realize that change is always
coming. Also, with change, there is always a benefit and
an opportunity. Key, therefore, is to describe these and
communicate them inawaythat helpsalleviate fearsand
worries and contributes to positive office dynamics,
alignment, and buy-in.
